What it costs
There is no price on this page yet.
I would rather tell you that than invent a number. Nothing has been delivered yet, so I do not know what an engagement costs me to run — and a figure I made up today is one I would have to defend to you later. What I can tell you is what the work is, what it is not, and what changes the size of it.
What you would be buying
Three sizes of the same work.
One situation, traced. You pick something real that happened — a quote that went quiet, a deal that stopped moving, an account that went dormant. I follow it end to end, across every system and every person who touched it, and show you where the work broke and what that instance cost. You get the trace and the finding, and nothing changes unless you decide it should.
Several workflows, examined. The same work across more than one situation, plus what the pattern between them says. This is where the answer stops being “that quote” and starts being “this is how quotes work here.”
Put in place, and measured. You decide to change how the work runs, and I help you do it — I show your people what good looks like, we set it up in the systems you already own, and then I measure before and after against definitions that do not move. You run it, because you are the one who has to live with it. This is the only size that can tell you whether anything actually changed, and the only one that needs real elapsed time — not because the work is long, but because you cannot measure a habit that has not settled yet.
Two other things you can ask for
Neither of them requires the work above.
What is true about a customer, before anyone contacts them. A research file on a company you sell to: what they make, where, on what equipment, what just changed, and who actually decides. Every fact carries its source and its date, and anything I reasoned to rather than confirmed says so.
Which tools to keep, and which to stop paying for. I have worked with a lot of CRMs and a lot of AI tools, and most of what is sold to industrial sales teams is repackaged. I will tell you what to use, what to ignore, and how to connect what you keep — and if you have no CRM at all, or no way of gathering intelligence on your customers, I will help you choose one and help you get it set up.
You buy the tools. You own them. I do not resell anything, I take no vendor commission, and I have no stake in which one you pick — which is the only reason the advice is worth having.
What is not in it
The boundary, before you ask.
- I do not sell software and I do not buy it for you. No platform, no reseller agreement, no commission.
- No logins for the diagnostic work. Screenshare, with your people driving — I do not need access to your systems to find where the work breaks. If we are setting something up together that is a different situation, and what I can see is your decision.
- I do not run it for you. I show your people how, and they run it. A way of working that only functions while I am in the room is not worth buying.
- No marketing, no lead generation, no outreach volume. More activity is not the product.
- No promise about revenue. Any claim about money has to state its limits out loud, and most claims cannot survive that.
- No preset scope. What the work covers is the first conversation, not something I decided before meeting you.
What moves the number
Five things, and none of them is how long you have been a company.
- How many people sit inside the boundary. Not your whole sales force — the ones the work actually covers.
- How many systems it has to cross. Two systems is a different job than six.
- Whether it is one situation or a pattern across several.
- Whether anything changes afterward, or the engagement ends at the finding.
- Whether your own records can answer the question at all. Sometimes the finding is that they cannot, and that changes what is possible rather than what it costs.
When there will be a number
Two things have to exist first.
What an engagement actually costs me to run, which I will only know after delivering some. And what the outcome is worth to you, which I am asking people directly rather than assuming.
When both exist, the number goes on this page. Until then I would rather be the vendor who told you there isn’t one than the vendor who guessed.
